How the identities relate
PCME is the legal body. CAPAi is the public initiative.
PERTUBUHAN CAPAIAN MASYARAKAT ELIT (CAPAI)—referred to operationally as PCME—is the registered nonprofit society responsible for the CAPAi public platform, its programmes, governance and handling of personal data.
CAPAi is the public-facing community initiative through which PCME provides preparedness learning, participation pathways and responsible programme development.
