Knowledge
Understand what matters.
Recognise the situation. Make sense of the information. Know what you need to distinguish.

CAPAi KSDA Mission Learning Engine
Build knowledge. Practise a useful skill. Find a reason to use it. Put it into action—and learn from what happens.
A CAPAi learning methodology · Built for practical adult learning
Understand what matters.
Practise a useful response.
Find your reason to act.
Put it into practice.
Review what happened. Improve the next attempt.
From information to application
Information matters. People also need a chance to practise, make a choice and apply what they learn. CAPAi connects those steps in one learning cycle.
Knowledge
Recognise the situation. Make sense of the information. Know what you need to distinguish.
Skill
Try a decision, a conversation or a sequence. Use a scenario before you need the skill in real life.
Desire
Connect the learning to your life. Work through doubts, practical barriers and the choice you want to make.
Action
Carry out a safe practical task or a meaningful simulation. A click on Complete is not the task.
What did you do? What happened? What will you change next time? Reflection closes the Action cycle and informs the next mission.
Example from the programme design
See how the Community Emergency Preparedness design moves one idea through KSDA. This is an illustration of the method, not a recorded learner outcome.
An arrangement can sound clear while different people understand it differently. Distinguish an assumption from something that has been confirmed.
What became clearer? What would you ask differently next time?
Four free programmes
Start with short topic notes, two reflection questions and a useful next step. Mark topics complete as you go. Each topic has a space for a future video.

Practical awareness for recognising hazards, responding appropriately and improving everyday fire and life safety.

Practical awareness focused on recognising emergencies, making safer decisions and understanding appropriate first-aid response.

Practical digital-safety learning focused on recognising threats, making safer decisions and strengthening everyday online behaviour.

Mission-based learning that helps individuals, households and communities turn emergency awareness into practical preparedness.

For trainers, educators & facilitators
Your training material can become more than a slide deck.
CAPAi is developing a KSDA Module Builder to turn existing material into an editable learning blueprint and a ChatGPT Sites master build prompt—so trainers can build their own learning experience.
The planned model begins with one complete module-transformation trial, followed by a CAPAi supporter option. Guided learning and done-for-you implementation will be separate paid services. Automated generation and subscriptions are not available yet.
Discuss your training materialAn enquiry opens your email app. No account or subscription is created.
Before you begin
Yes. Sign in to explore all four programmes. Read the notes, consider the questions and mark each topic complete. Topic videos will be added later.
Use Google, your email and CAPAi password, or a six-digit email code. Use the same email to keep your progress. You can add a password in your profile after signing in.
These programmes are for awareness and practical learning within stated limits. They do not establish professional competence or replace appropriate instructor-led training.
The programme design includes safe equivalent simulations where appropriate. You should never experiment with a hazard to complete an activity.
The pilot is designed to keep journals, workbook answers and After Action Review writing private and offline. Learner records are limited to identity, enrolment and aggregate mission progress.
Yes. Use EN / BM in the menu. Changing language keeps your account and saved progress.
The Module Builder is the next development phase. It is intended to turn existing training material into an editable KSDA blueprint and a ChatGPT Sites master build prompt. Automated generation and subscriptions are not active yet. Contact CAPAi to discuss your material.
